A refund, or a charge you did not expect
Same address, and please write to us before your bank: we can usually settle it faster than a dispute can. To cancel a membership you do not need to email anybody; it is one step on your account page.
A complaint about a professional
Tell us, at the same address. You can also go straight to the state veterinary board that licensed them, and you do not need our permission to: the card underneath every answer names that board, with its complaint page and phone number where the board publishes one. If you no longer have the card, contact the veterinary medical board for your state, or write to us and we will tell you which board it is.
A mistake on a page
If something on a condition page or in an article is wrong, send us the page and the line. A correction goes back through the licensed professional named on the page before it changes.
